Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email. To get your tracking number, simply email us at support@lorenzoshoes.co and we will have it sent to you. If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: Does LorenzoShoes cover import taxes or customs duty?
A: NO. Under the international trade law, corresponding fees may be imposed for certain items upon arrival at the country of destination and us, LorenzoShoes, is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or any other charges incurred upon receipt of the imported goods purchased from any of our applicable direct sales channel(s) of which the recipient or buyer will be fully responsible for shouldering such fees, taxes, or other applicable charges associated with the said purchase as prescribed by their local or national law.
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
A: If you need to cancel or to make any changes or adjustments (e.g. change size, color) to your order, you may do a self-service through the link provided at the bottom of your order confirmation email or on the "Order Status" page of your order or you can also email our customer support team at support@lorenzoshoes.co within 24 hours of ordering.
Please note, however, that orders can only be edited or canceled within 24 hours of ordering and that any orders that have already been packed or shipped can no longer be canceled.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
